Designed and Implemented the Credit application and residential property valuations models for mortgage application assessments: including combining legacy scoring models, dynamic credit rule sets, comprehensive credit reporting data and scores, automatic valuations models and collateral risk data sets. This also included a redesign, development and implementation of the Uncommitted Monthly Income (UMI) calculator.
